Job Title: Senior Supplier Partnership Manager

About Bamboo Card: Bamboo Card is a leading e-gift card distribution agency, specializing in

seamless digital gifting solutions for businesses and consumers. We work with a wide range of

brands and gift card aggregators to provide top-tier products and services to our customers.

Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Supplier Partnership Manager to lead and enhance our

partnerships with brand partners and gift card aggregators. This role is crucial in optimizing

commercial agreements, ensuring business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with

suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the

ability to analyze data-driven insights to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Management: Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with brands
  • and gift card aggregators, understanding their business models and offerings to develop long-term partnerships.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Re-negotiate and optimize commercial agreements with existing and new partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms, increasing value for both parties.
  • Order & Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to assess business needs and place orders with respective brand partners and suppliers.
  • Price Sheet Management: Maintain and update partner/supplier price sheets on a regular basis in collaboration with the operations team.
  • Data Analysis & Strategy: Analyze partner performance data, market trends, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions that optimize partner strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain and update records of highly sensitive business and financial data in an organized and secure manner.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to align partnership strategies with overall business goals and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Market Research & Expansion: Identify new brand partners and suppliers that align with the company s vision, expanding the product offering and driving new business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supplier partnership management, procurement,
  • business development, or related roles within the e-commerce, fintech, or digital gifting industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a track record of optimizing supplier agreements.
  • Proven experience in analyzing market trends, pricing strategies, and supplier performance data.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple partnerships, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in working with digital gift card aggregators, payment solutions, or fintech- related industries is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
