Job Description :
We are seeking a highly driven Supplier Operations Manager to join a leading industrial group in the UAE. The selected candidate will play a critical role in overseeing supplier performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting strategic supply chain goals across regional and international operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and implement industrial performance analysis across key supplier networks
Monitor and analyze supplier KPIs (on-time delivery, quality, cost, etc.)
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective and improvement plans
Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Logistics, and Operations teams
Ensure supplier compliance with contractual and quality standards
Contribute to strategic supply chain and operational efficiency projects
Generate regular reports and dashboards for executive review
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in supplier performance , industrial operations, or supply chain management
Strong analytical background with experience in KPI reporting and root cause analysis
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, or manufacturing sectors is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
