Job Title: Supervisor – Project Management (Water)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Management Supervisor to oversee and coordinate water infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering background, preferably in civil or water systems, and experience managing site activities, contractor coordination, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day activities on water-related project sites, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project deliverables are on track.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource planning to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews; prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to senior management.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation including work permits, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Ensure strict adherence to environmental and health & safety guidelines, especially when dealing with excavation, pipeline installation, and testing.
• Support procurement planning by tracking material requirements and delivery timelines.
• Liaise with government and utility authorities for necessary project approvals and inspections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2-years of experience in water or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of water networks, pipeline works, and municipal project workflows.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera is a plus).
• Excellent communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
