Job Description

  • Oversee and conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
  • Train and mentor inspection staff on best practices and emerging technologies in vehicle assessment.
  • Maintain meticulous records of inspections, repairs, and compliance data to support audits and quality control.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to address recurring vehicle issues and implement solutions.
  • Implement safety protocols in the inspection process to protect both employees and vehicles.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on new inspection techniques and regulatory changes for staff.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies during inspections and compliance checks.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of inspection processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure that inspection equipment is calibrated and maintained, adhering to industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with management and staff to report on inspection findings and recommendations.
