• The successful candidate will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the business and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• They will be responsible for supervising staff and providing them with clear direction and guidance.
• They will need to monitor staff performance, ensure safety regulations are followed, maintain high standards of customer service, resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, maintain accurate records, oversee inventory and stock levels, implement new procedures and policies as needed, manage budgets effectively, and perform other tasks as required.

Requirements
