We are looking for an experienced Supervisor for our Abu-Dhabi office who can lead a team and coordinate daily operations to ensure the smooth running of our business.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in business management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to make decisions that will benefit our organization. A good understanding of local regulations and experience in immigration laws would be an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor team performance and motivate staff to reach their goals
• Oversee day-to-day operations, delegate tasks, monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Provide feedback on team performance, identify areas for improvement, set objectives and provide guidance on how to improve performance
• Develop strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, support growth initiatives and ensure maximum profitability
• Manage relationships with external partners, suppliers, customers/clients and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulations relating to immigration laws and other legal requirements
• Analyze data to make informed decisions about resources allocation
• Prepare reports for senior management on staff performance, operational costs and financial results.

We are offering a competitive salary package of 1600 AED per month.
