• Supervise stewarding operations, ensure hygiene and sanitation, manage inventory, and assist in training while demonstrating leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Lead kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, manage stewarding team, oversee dishwashing operations, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, and support culinary teams.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with ADFCA and HACCP while supervising stewarding operations and maintaining waste management.
• Maintain operational efficiency in food and beverage services by supervising staff and coordinating with back-of-house.

Qualifications
