Job summary

A leading energy producer, ADNOC is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations for field facilities. The successful candidate should possess a degree in Chemical Engineering and at least 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. The role includes supervising maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and monitoring production levels.

About the Job:

Coordinates and supervises activities related to plant clusters, RDS (Remote Degassing Station), RMS (Remote Manifold Stations), and Gas Compression Stations. Supervises the implementation of predictive, preventive, corrective maintenance, modifications, and major shutdown activities.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Supervise the execution of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities for field facilities related to oil/gas production, injection, and water/CO2 injection process equipment.
  2. Coordinate with the drilling department for the handover/takeover of well locations and provide rig routes.
  3. Supervise and control the activities of assigned personnel to ensure a safe working environment and efficient operations.
  4. Ensure the availability and timely inspection of materials and stock items required for operations.
  5. Monitor the quality of maintenance activities on wellheads and other equipment in the asset.
  6. Ensure compliance with operations and injection requirements while achieving optimal oil and gas production levels, including during planned shutdowns.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum Experience & Skills:
  • At least 8 years of experience, including a minimum of 4 years in the oil and gas industry.
