Supervisor of Operations

The successful candidate should have:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education management or related field, or working towards attainment
2. Facility management courses or certifications
3. Proficiency in English (demonstrated by a minimum IELTS score of 6 or equivalent)
4. Proficiency in Arabic is a requirement
5. Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing operational processes
6. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
7. 3-5 years of experience in school operations, administration, or a similar role, preferably within the UAE
