Job summary

Al Ghurair seeks a seasoned Facilities Management professional with 8–10 years in FM operations and a strong electrical background in a commercial or critical facility setting.

The role requires knowledge of DG sets, UPS, DC systems and LV panels, plus experience in Maximo and coordinating with clients and subcontractors. You will manage a team of 5–8 technicians and subcontractors to deliver reliable facility services.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of FM operations experience with electrical background.
