Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Entry Operations Supervisor at Real Madrid. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Supervise daily entry operations including ticketing, guest flow, and access control.
• Monitor and manage queue systems to ensure efficient guest movement and minimize wait times.
• Ensure all entry points are adequately staffed and operational throughout the day.
• Support the training and development of entry operations staff to uphold service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with security and HSE teams to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance entry efficiency.
• Liaise with internal departments for smooth coordination of events and peak day operations.

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years in guest services or entry operations, preferably in theme parks, attractions, or hospitality environments.
• Familiarity with ticketing and access control systems.
• Knowledge of crowd management and guest service protocols.
• Understanding of UAE HSE regulations and guest safety standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
