Job Description

Candidate is required to supervise and guide operators for machining of components to provided specifications.

Should have experience and knowledge in CNC Turning and Milling and be able to program parts using Mastercam and/or Fusion 360.

4. API ring groove gauge
5. 5CT AND 7-1 (API THREADING)
6. 5CT AND 7-1 (API RING AND PLUG GAUGES)
7. 6A (API RING GROOVES)
8. 4 AXIS MILLING
9. 4 AXIS LATHE
10. 5 AXIS MILLING
11. 4 AXIS WIRECUT
12. 4 AXIS SPARKING
13. SPARKGAP
14. ELECTRODE
15. Threading Cycles
16. ID BORING
17. PROGRAM BACKUP
18. 3D MACHINING
19. 4 AXIS PROGRAMMING
20. 2D PROGRAM EXECUTION
21. 2D MANUAL PROGRAMMING

Should be able to read and create first and third angle drawings, process sheet. Tooling and Cutting Knowledge is a must.

HSE Responsibilities include:
Identification of hazards and associated risk in day to day activities and control measures to be taken with help of Engineer.
Participate in the risk assessment.
Report all types of incidents to Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should preferably be ITI qualified or equivalent vocational training.

Should have minimum 10 years of experience or non-ITI with hands-on experience of more than 15 years in CNC Machine Shop.
Should have experience in using measurement and quality control devices including gauges, micrometers, calipers and other quality inspection devices.
Should be able to read and interpret blueprints and job orders.
