Job Overview:

An opportunity has arisen for a to join as a Supervisor - Aquatic Operation. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Supervise daily aquatic operations including lifeguard deployment, rotations, and performance.
• Monitor pool safety standards and water quality levels in coordination with maintenance teams.
• Conduct regular safety drills, lifeguard training, and emergency preparedness exercises.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents swiftly and according to set protocols.
• Ensure compliance with local authority and DHE safety regulations for aquatic areas.
• Maintain inventory of first aid supplies, rescue equipment, and pool-related materials.
• Handle guest inquiries and address safety-related feedback professionally.
• Assist in developing and enforcing SOPs and risk assessments for aquatic operations.

About you

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Lifeguard certification (e.g., Ellis & Associates, Red Cross, or equivalent)
• First Aid & CPR certification (required)
• 2 to 3 years in a lifeguard or aquatic operations role with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
• Strong swimming and rescue skills
• Emergency response and first aid proficiency
• Knowledge of pool filtration systems and water safety regulations
• Ability to lead and train a safety-conscious team
