MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of airport services, by coordinating internal and external processes, maintain records, support compliance, and facilitate communication between various airport departments and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day administrative tasks, including document control, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date staff rosters, duty schedules, and attendance logs.
- Prepares reports, presentations, and correspondence related to airport operations.
- Assists in planning and implementing operational procedures in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Tracks and follows up on operational issues and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
- Ensures compliance with airport authority regulations, airline requirements, and company policies.
- Liaises with airline representatives, regulatory bodies, ground handlers, and other airport stakeholders.
- Supports coordination between various airport departments to ensure service delivery and continuity
- Monitors and reports on usage and stock levels to ensure timely replenishment.
- Assists in the requisition and inventory management of supplies, uniforms, and office equipment.
- Identifies available meeting rooms, coordinating with other staff or departments, and ensuring that the necessary equipment and resources are available for the meeting.
- Handles highly confidential information and documentation for distribution to management, employees, external candidates, and customers.
- Assists with preparation of employee timesheets, including annual leave plan, sick leave etc.
- Maintains up-to-date personnel files for Dubai based and overseas employees on flydubai payroll.
- Manages all day-to-day office administrative duties to ensure smooth and efficient operational support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
- Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)
- Administration experience. Familiarity with airport operations, regulatory procedures, and ground handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with airport or airline management systems is an advantage.

Isr Requirements
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
