Full Description
- The Subsea Coordinator is responsible for the planning, execution, and coordination of mobilisation, demobilisation, and preservation activities related to subsea operations.
- This includes overseeing the deployment of vessels, equipment, assets, and personnel.
- The role requires close collaboration with operations, engineering, logistics, procurement teams, third-party vendors, and marine teams to ensure assets are safely and efficiently delivered to project sites, on time and within budget.
- The coordinator plays a key role in ensuring project success, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed mobilisation and demobilisation schedules in coordination with project leads and engineering teams.Organize transportation of equipment from suppliers or storage sites to mobilisation locations.Work closely with HR and crewing teams to assign certified and prepared personnel for offshore activities (e.g., engineers, divers, ROV pilots, surveyors). Ensure all offshore personnel have valid certifications (BOSIET, medicals, visas, etc.).Experience
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in subsea or offshore logistics and mobilisation coordination, with experience in high-pressure project environments.Qualifications
