Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Submission Officer / Data Entry Operator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry and handling visa and passport submission processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurately enter and manage data related to visa and passport applications.
2. Prepare and submit visa/passport applications to the relevant authorities.
3. Review documents for completeness and accuracy before submission.
4. Maintain and update client records and application status.
5. Provide customer service and support, both in person and over the phone.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
