Job description

Overview

Manufacture quality products per production schedules, ensure safety, maintain cleanliness, and accurately record batch data while operating plant equipment.

Operate machinery in various production environments, monitor performance, ensure quality, perform maintenance, and adhere to safety regulations. Roles include machine operators, data entry operators, forklift/crane/machine operators, CNC operators, and related positions in manufacturing and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery for production, ensure quality, and maintain documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and comply with safety regulations.
• Accurately record data, generate reports, and maintain data integrity.
• Handle material as required ( forklift, crane, manlift ) and support logistics operations as needed.
• Interpret production drawings and ensure tasks align with technical specifications where applicable.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred for some roles.
• Experience in operating plant equipment, CNC machines, or related machinery is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environment and observe safety procedures.
