Minimum of 5 years of prior engineering and construction industry work experience.
5-10 years of prior commercial and contractual management experience, including subcontracts management.
High standard of general education and excellent communication skills.
Manage the tender to contract award process with commercial expertise in negotiations with external suppliers and their agents across global providers. Influence and negotiate with internal stakeholders to deliver economically sound outcomes with minimal risk and maximum return for Lamprell shareholders. Analyze all offers and arrangements to assess the most appropriate outcomes from both technical and commercial perspectives.
Conduct operational contract negotiations and legal closure in collaboration with legal and project staff to enhance shareholder value. This includes coordinating with senior managers, procurement, and project teams to ensure arrangements align with contracted bids and agreements.
