Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Subcontract Engineer located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Subcontract Engineer will be responsible for managing subcontractor relationships, negotiating and drafting subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and monitoring subcontractor performance. Daily tasks include coordinating with project teams, overseeing subcontractor deliverables, conducting site visits, and addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in subcontractor management and negotiations
• Knowledge of project management and construction processes
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze contract terms and ensure compliance
• Experience with environmental and safety standards in construction
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
