JOB CONTENT

To deliver excellent customer service through: identifying customer needs, offering advice, and demonstrating suitable products; building relationships with key customers; and ensuring store standards are maintained to achieve sales targets and cultivate customer loyalty.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Welcome and greet every customer warmly and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
  • Identify customer needs through asking questions; confidently recommend and demonstrate appropriate products; suggest link products at every sale opportunity; close the sale.
  • Receive payments in authorized modes, issue receipts, and provide professional cash point service.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating to management if necessary.
  • Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge, fashion trends, and in-store promotions.
  • Maintain personal grooming standards as advised by the Store Manager.
  • Keep displays, fitting rooms, and stock areas clean and organized.
  • Check stock levels daily and inform the store manager of depleting stocks for replenishment.
  • Comply with all company policies including refund, exchange, security, health, and safety policies.
  • Recruit customers for the database and accurately enter their details into the system.
  • Minimize stock loss through vigilance on sales floor and fitting room areas.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, FUNCTIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
  • High school qualification.
  • 4 to 6 years retail sales or customer service experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality and good grooming.
