Studio Stylist

Role Purpose:

We are currently looking to add a Studio Stylist to our teams in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 1 - 3 years of experience in a Warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create fully styled looks daily for a minimum of 600 pieces for review by the Studio Manager, assisting 4 models per day in styling, posing, and monitoring the quality of pictures taken.
• Perform administrative and organizational tasks associated with the position, including the creation of shot lists for all styled products and facilitating the On The Model process, ensuring that all product information is properly captured and fully executed.
• Execute technical styling of a minimum of 75 looks per model, displaying a strong eye for detail and fit to produce the highest quality image.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends in fashion and styling and bring innovative ideas and inspiration to the Studio team.
• Ensure styling aligns with the vision of BFL Group UAE while also considering vendor aesthetic.
• Collaborate effectively with the Live Machine operator and model on set to maintain clear communication and produce the best results in styling, posing, and overall efficiency.
• Display a skilled eye for the fit of tailored products and execute minor alterations and tailoring for specified styles on set.
• Partner with the Studio team to maintain clean and organized sets, workspace, and styling prop closet, inclusive of regular prop rotation and awareness of warehouse inventory.
• Style editorial projects for creative web content as needed.
• Seek out solutions to inefficiencies within the studio and propose new styling processes that could improve overall image quality or address opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum experience of 1-3 years in E-commerce Studio Production.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and high-end designers.
• Ability to create fresh and innovative looks while maintaining brand standards and overall wearability.
• Technical styling skills and knowledge of appropriate garment fit.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interest in fashion, design, and contemporary culture.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills dealing with high-level productions.
• Ability to make decisions and work well with others in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.
• Sharp eye for product photography and visual composition.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• In-depth understanding/interest in the Brands For Less brand aesthetic and values.
