Job summary

Role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building across multiple projects, with travel as needed to support clients and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in design studios.
• Sustainable design accreditation preferred.
• Familiarity with Vision software.
• Strong presentation and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Supports project design leaders and evaluates studio work against strategic plan.
• Leads strategic planning and resource allocation for the studio.
• Guides teams in design direction, development of vision, and project documentation.
• Mentors designers and leads critiques across projects.
• Interfaces with clients to understand mission, goals, and progress.
• Manages client expectations and inter-studio coordination.
