Job summary

HKS, Inc. in Dubai seeks a senior architect to collaborate with the project team on design development and construction drawings. You will coordinate with design talent across the firm to elevate work quality, mentor staff, and embody the firm’s values and mission.

Responsibilities include leading conceptual design, coordinating with consultants and clients, and delivering innovative, sustainable design throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Architecture or related field.
• Around 8+ years of professional architecture experience.
• Registration as an architect is strongly preferred.
• Sustainable design accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual design and develop construction documents with the project team.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and regulators to meet objectives.
• Mentor staff and promote the firm’s values and mission.
• Deliver designs on time and within budget while maintaining quality.
• Apply sustainability and integrated design guidelines throughout projects.
