Job summary

Lublu flowers in Dubai is seeking a client-focused team member to handle inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram and calls, understand client needs and translate them into timely orders.

You will recommend bouquets, enter orders accurately, coordinate with florists and delivery teams, and help maintain schedules.

A passion for flowers and great communication are essential; prior sales or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone and other channels.
• Understand client occasion, style, budget and delivery requirements.
• Recommend bouquets, arrangements and additional products.
• Enter orders accurately into the system with quantities and delivery details.
• Coordinate daily tasks between florists, drivers and management.
• Prepare and maintain the daily production and delivery schedule.
• Monitor order progress and ensure on-time dispatch.
• Communicate confirmations and delivery updates to clients.
• Assist with subscriptions, corporate accounts and events.
• Support stock checks, supplier coordination and general admin tasks.
• Handle client concerns calmly and professionally.
• Take ownership of daily decisions and solve routine issues.

• Respond to client enquiries through WhatsApp Instagram phone and other sales channels
• Understand the client s occasion style budget and delivery requirements
• Recommend suitable bouquets arrangements and additional products
• Prepare quotations invoices and payment links
• Follow up with clients and guide each conversation towards a confirmed order
• Enter orders accurately into the system including flowers quantities card messages addresses and delivery details
• Coordinate daily tasks between florists drivers and management
• Prepare and maintain the daily production and delivery schedule
• Monitor order progress and make sure everything is prepared and dispatched on time
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding confirmations substitutions delivery timing and updates
• Assist with flower subscriptions corporate accounts events and special projects
• Support the studio with stock checks supplier coordination and general administrative tasks
• Handle client concerns calmly and professionally
• Take ownership of daily decisions and solve routine issues without waiting for constant instructions
• Maintain the visual service and communication standards
