Key Responsibilities:

Floral Design and Arrangement:

Create and design floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings funerals holidays and everyday use.

• - Utilize knowledge of different flowers foliage and their seasonal availability to create appropriate arrangements.
• - Customize arrangements based on customer specifications and preferences.

Customer Service:

• - Greet and assist customers in selecting flowers plants and other related products.

• - Handle customer inquiries complaints and special requests in a professional manner.

Sales and Transactions:

Process sales transactions using the shops point of sale (POS) system.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels of flowers plants and supplies; place orders with suppliers as needed.

• - Inspect flower deliveries for quality and freshness; properly store and condition flowers to maintain their longevity.

Shop Maintenance:
