Job summary

Via Medica Intl, in association with International SOS, seeks a compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our Student Wellbeing team in UAE. You will conduct psychological assessments, provide individual counselling, and deliver evidence-based interventions to support students.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and a valid DOH license, with fluent Arabic and English. Minimum 3 years of UAE clinical experience preferred and collaboration with campus support

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
• Valid DOH License as a Clinical Psychologist (mandatory).
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in the UAE.
• Previous experience in a school, college, or university setting highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and provide individual counselling.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and crisis support.
• Develop treatment plans and maintain confidential clinical records.
• Collaborate with academic and student support teams to enhance student wellbeing.
• Facilitate mental health awareness programs and psychoeducational workshops.
• Refer students to external healthcare providers when appropriate.
