Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in teaching/coaching or student support roles preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic (preferred).
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support students in self-led learning sessions.
• Act as a Student Success Coach to encourage engagement and discipline.
• Support Arabic-speaking student groups (major focus on Arabic learners).
• Assist students in completing required forms and documentation.
• Collect, verify and consolidate student progress data.
• Ensure smooth classroom/session management across assigned site.
• Report attendance, participation and key observations.
• Work closely with site coordinators and academic leads.
