Job description

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and target-driven Student Recruitment Manager to support student recruitment activities for our Canadian University partners, the University of Alberta and the University of Victoria.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Student Recruitment professional who is eager to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

Responsibilities include:

1. Participating in exhibitions and student recruitment events, organizing materials and logistics, and following up on all opportunities.
2. Assessing events for ROI to optimize resource allocation.
3. Managing agent relationships, providing training and support to ensure high loyalty and performance.
4. Offering service and support to agents, students, and stakeholders to gain competitive advantage.
5. Being the main point of contact for agents and responding to inquiries efficiently within internal SLAs.
6. Establishing and maintaining partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and other stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts.
7. Counseling students face-to-face, via phone, or Zoom.
8. Identifying opportunities and delivering effective marketing solutions.
9. Maintaining strong relations with internal and external stakeholders.
10. Monitoring competitor developments and market trends.
11. Providing promotional and logistical support for overseas staff and university partners during visits.
12. Performing other duties as assigned by the line manager.
