Guidance Education in the UAE is seeking an admissions counselor to guide prospective students toward suitable courses and career paths. You will handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and face‑to‑face meetings, and you will coordinate applications and payments while maintaining CRM records.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, at least one year in admissions or education counseling, and a proactive, organized, target‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• One year work experience in same field.
• Previous experience in admissions, education counseling, or sales preferred.
• A proactive, organized, and target-driven approach.
• Confidence in using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
• Good spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on suitable courses based on their qualifications and career goals.
• Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face consultations.
• Follow up with prospective students and achieve monthly admission targets.
• Coordinate applications, student documents, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide a professional student experience.
