We are seeking a proactive, skilled Structured Products Trader with a strong background in TradFi and digital assets. The ideal candidate will have multi-asset experience, with expertise in developing, structuring, and executing complex trading strategies across various asset classes, especially within digital asset markets. This role requires a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can contribute to a collaborative team.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Product Design and Structuring: Develop innovative financial products across asset classes, including structured derivatives tailored to client needs. Customize products to align with specific risk and return profiles and regulatory requirements.

• Pricing and Risk Assessment: Model and price complex products using advanced quantitative techniques; assess risk exposure and implement hedging strategies to optimize product performance.

• Trading Strategy Development: Formulate, test, and implement trading strategies across digital asset and other markets, collaborating with quantitative and analytics teams to leverage real-time data.

• Market Analysis and Trend Identification: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to spot trends, assess competitor products, and capitalize on trading opportunities.

• Collaboration with Sales and Trading Teams: Work closely with sales teams to align structured products with client requirements and collaborate with traders to manage product flow and optimize performance.

Competencies and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (CFA, FRM) preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in structuring or trading within TradFi and digital assets.

• Multi-asset background with proficiency in risk management, trading platforms, and analytics tools (Python, R, SQL, etc.).

• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, and adept at working independently.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with trading regulations and compliance within both TradFi and digital asset markets.

• Proven ability to initiate and manage multiple trading strategies effectively.

• Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and ability to work independently.
