Responsibilities

• Read and understand the package contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health and safety measures.
• Ensure the contractor(s) comply with the standards and specifications of the contract documents through observation, measurements, and testing, as well as track quality assurance progress.
• Maintain records of the contractor manpower and equipment resources daily.
• Undertake all site supervision and inspections when required or instructed by the Senior Site Engineer.
• Document contractor activities within assigned areas, including personnel, equipment, work locations, reasons for work, and methods used.
• Report material deliveries and follow all site instructions issued by the team leader.
• Implement all site quality control measures and procedures.
• Apply and enforce all quality controls and procedures of the site.
• Prepare site measurements and surveying checks as needed by the leader.
• Monitor construction work for compliance with quality standards, performance expectations, and applicable codes through regular inspections.
• Oversee health and safety of the construction works and report violations.

• Report any QHSE incident immediately to the 9E QHSE Department and legal authorities if required.
• Abide by Client/Contractor QHSE requirements and complete site induction before mobilizing at sites.
