Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking a Structural Engineer in Dubai to lead design, review drawings and coordinate with architects, MEP teams and contractors across construction projects. Emphasis on safety, quality and timely delivery with on-site involvement.

Responsibilities include preparing calculations, inspecting works, and ensuring compliance with local codes while applying advanced structural analysis tools to resolve technical issues on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Relevant experience in construction projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of structural design, analysis, and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and structural engineering software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review structural designs, drawings, and calculations.
• Coordinate structural works with architects, civil engineers, MEP teams, and contractors.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure construction follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor structural works and resolve technical issues at site.
• Review materials, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants and project teams.
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
• Support project planning, execution, and timely completion.
