Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering strongly preferred.
• PE license or equivalent certification required.
• Must be certified by Dubai Municipality or Ras al Khaimah Municipality.
• Society of Engineers registration recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of complex structural systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Manage and supervise all structural aspects of projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in execution.
• Ensure all designs and construction processes comply with local, national, and international building codes and standards.
• Engage with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to align project goals.
• Identify potential risks in design or construction and implement mitigation solutions.
• Conduct detailed site inspections and provide expert guidance on on-site challenges.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in structural design and construction, with demonstrated leadership in large-scale projects.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• In-depth understanding of advanced construction materials, techniques, and seismic design principles.
• Leadership Skills:
• Strong project management abilities, with a focus on delivering results within timelines and budgets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and team leadership.
• Knowledge Base: Familiarity with green building practices, sustainability certifications (LEED, GRIHA, etc.), and modern structural innovations.

Certifications:

• Must be certified by Dubai Municipality or Ras al Khaimah Municipality
• Should be registered in society of Engineers.
