Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in concrete repair and strengthening.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent chartered/registered engineer status preferred.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, RAM Concept).
• Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., ICE, IStructE, ACI) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete design and strengthening techniques.
• Experience with condition assessment, structural investigation, and forensic engineering preferred.
• Familiarity with repair materials, including epoxy systems, CFRP, repair mortars, and grouts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate the condition of existing concrete structures.
• Develop effective repair and strengthening solutions tailored to project requirements.
• Prepare structural designs, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Support project execution across all phases—from concept and design through construction to completion.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, site engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure all designs and solutions comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations

Requirements:
