Job description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Structural Engineer based in Dubai to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will bring a strong technical background, relevant professional credentials, and the ability to contribute from day one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review structural designs, calculations, and drawings for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in compliance with UAE codes and standards.
• Perform structural analysis using industry-standard software to ensure the safety, integrity, and efficiency of all structural systems.
• Prepare and submit structural drawings, technical reports, and engineering documentation for Dubai Municipality and other relevant authority approvals.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and project managers throughout all design and construction phases.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, verify that structural works conform to approved drawings, and resolve technical issues on the ground.
• Evaluate existing structures, carry out structural assessments and retrofitting recommendations, and support renovation or repair projects as required.
• Ensure all structural work adheres to health, safety, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple project deliverables simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of technical accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Valid Society of Engineers (SOE) membership.
• Equivalency certificate from the UAE Ministry of Human Resources.
• Currently based in Dubai and available to start immediately.
• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
