Job description

We are looking for a skilled Structural Designer with 5 to 15 years of experience in offshore oil and gas projects preferably with a strong background in Saudi Aramco offshore projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Smart 3D (S3D) modeling and be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality structural design deliverables for fixed offshore platforms in line with project and client requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop 3D structural models using Smart 3D (S3D) for jackets decks bridges and other offshore structures.
• Prepare design drawings including layouts sections details and fabrication drawings for offshore platforms.
• Generate material take-offs (MTOs) and bill of materials (BOM) based on design requirements.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications Saudi Aramco standards and international design codes (API AISC DNV).
• Coordinate with structural engineers and other disciplines to ensure accurate and clash-free designs.
• Incorporate design changes mark-ups and redlines during design and construction phases.
• Participate in design and model reviews and provide inputs for constructability and fabrication.
• Maintain drawing registers and ensure timely submission of deliverables as per project schedule.
