Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Structural Design Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a licensed professional with expertise in structural design and a deep understanding of the local regulations and submission processes required for Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, and Dubai Development Authority (DDA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design structural systems for buildings up to G+12 as per local codes and standards.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and DDA regulations for structural design.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders in the design process.
• Conduct site inspections and collaborate with construction teams to resolve design issues.
• Prepare structural design calculations, reports, and drawings for submission to relevant authorities.
• Submit designs and documentation through the DM, Trakhees, and DDA portals.
• Perform structural analysis and develop design solutions for complex engineering problems.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry standards, codes, and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Licensed Structural Engineer by Dubai Municipality (DM) for Structure Design for G+12 category and Trakhees.
• Experience in structural design for buildings up to G+12.
• Proficient in the use of structural design software.
• Familiar with the DM, DDA, and Trakhees portals and submission requirements.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, standards, and regulations in Dubai.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with project teams and clients.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering in the UAE.
