  4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  5. Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Provide leadership and guidance to the export sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  7. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management on key metrics and KPIs.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to support overall business objectives.
