Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present detailed documentation to support construction and design phases.
  • Maintain and update BIM model data to reflect design changes and construction phases.
  • Ensure structural models comply with industry standards and company quality protocols.
  • Generate construction documents and shop drawings from BIM models when needed.
  • Assist project leaders and engineers with design and technical support as required.
  • Configure and customize BIM templates to meet specific project requirements.
  • Provide training and support to junior technicians and staff on BIM practices.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project specifications and goals.
  • Report on BIM deliverables progress and participate in project coordination meetings.

Requirements
