Stress Engineer
Job description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must.
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
- Experience in conducting stress analysis for gas processing projects.
- Previous experience working with ADNOC is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stress analysis for gas processing facilities and mechanical piping systems to ensure structural integrity and safety.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to provide expert guidance on stress-related matters for both process facilities and piping systems.
- Review and analyze piping systems, equipment supports, and structural components.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Provide technical support and recommendations for stress-related issues in both gas processing and mechanical piping applications.
Skills And Experience
- Strong background in stress analysis, structural design, and mechanical piping within the oil & gas industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software for stress analysis and piping design.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ADNOC practices and guidelines is a plus.
