Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategy Project Specialist to support project execution, cross-functional coordination, and operational initiatives at SteerAI. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a Deep Tech company, collaborating closely with senior leadership, engineers, and business teams to help scale transformative mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Support: Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating high-priority client projects and internal initiatives across teams.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, operations, and business development teams to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
• Reporting & Analysis: Help prepare project updates, timelines, and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Documentation & Content: Contribute to the creation of presentations, meeting materials, and internal documentation.
• Operations Support: Help identify and resolve roadblocks in day-to-day operations to ensure project momentum.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or in a similar strategic/project-focused role, ideally within a tech or innovation-driven environment.
• Interest in Deep Tech: A demonstrated passion for emerging technologies, especially AI, robotics, or autonomous systems.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. A technical background or Master’s degree is a plus but not required.
