Job Description

We are seeking an analytical and forward-thinking Strategy Manager Rental to lead strategic planning and business transformation efforts within our rental division in the UAE. The role will focus on market growth, operational efficiency, and competitive positioning by identifying key opportunities, shaping business models, and driving execution across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term business strategies for the rental division aligned with corporate goals.
• Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
• Identify new market opportunities, business models, and revenue streams.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, and finance teams to enhance service offerings and profitability.
• Lead strategic projects, including digital transformation, pricing models, and operational improvements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare strategic reports, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Support senior leadership in M&A, partnerships, and investment initiatives related to rentals.
• Drive process improvement and innovation within the rental lifecycle (from fleet management to customer service).
• Manage stakeholder engagement and change management across business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, or related field; MBA is strongly preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience in strategy, business consulting, or corporate planning, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Solid background in rental-based industries such as real estate, mobility, construction, or heavy equipment.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial modeling skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
