We are currently recruiting for a Strategy Manager to be based in Dubai.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives while keeping a pulse on current cultural trends and technological advancements.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy, demonstrating a keen understanding of the intersection between tech and culture.
  • Collaborate with leadership and various departments to align strategies and initiatives, contributing creative ideas that enhance our approach.
  • Conduct regular assessments of strategic projects and report on progress to stakeholders, presenting findings in a visually appealing and engaging manner.
  • Identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable initiatives based on emerging marketing trends.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops, encouraging brainstorming and creative thinking among team members.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Ensure effective communication of strategic goals and initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field;
  • 2+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in strategic frameworks and tools (e.g., SWOT analysis, Porter's Five Forces).
