Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategy Manager to drive strategic initiatives, business transformation, and growth planning for our UAE operations. This role involves working closely with senior leadership to develop and execute data-driven strategies that enhance business performance and long-term value.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead strategic planning and business analysis initiatives.
  2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  3. Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and financial models.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic projects.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives.
  6. Prepare executive-level presentations and strategy reports.
  7. Support M&A activities, partnerships, and new business ventures.
  8. Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  9. Facilitate strategic workshops and brainstorming sessions.
  10. Track industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the business.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
