Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities, competitive landscapes, and consumer trends.
- Support the Strategy team in preparing presentations, proposals, and internal communications.
- Assist with data collection, interpretation, and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations to support strategic projects.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular insights to the team.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- Excellent analytical skills, comfortable working with data, and proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
- Enthusiasm for fintech, payments, and e-commerce industries.
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
