Job Overview
The Strategy & Growth Expert will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and transformation programs that align with the company’s long-term goals. This role will work closely with the leadership team and stakeholders across business units to ensure strategic priorities are effectively executed, governed, and monitored for impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Governance
Lead the annual strategic project portfolio planning and approval process in alignment with Board directives, ExCo guidance, and business unit input.
Oversee the portfolio of strategic and operational transformation projects to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Establish governance frameworks for large-scale CAPEX projects to ensure process discipline, visibility, and timely cross-functional support.
Project Management & Delivery
Develop and implement enterprise-wide PMO standards, methodologies, and tools across both agile and traditional delivery approaches.
Monitor project performance through KPIs, dashboards, and regular reports for senior management.
Ensure proper project financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking.
Conduct project close-out meetings, lessons learned sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Work collaboratively with business unit heads, plant managers, and functional leaders to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources.
Serve as a liaison between the PMO, executive leadership, and external stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.
Facilitate issue resolution and cross-functional integration of transformation efforts.
Organizational Development
Lead change management initiatives including communication and sustainability planning.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of project managers, analysts, and support staff.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, cost control, quality assurance, and innovation in tools and practices.
