Job summary

Media.Monks in Dubai is seeking a senior Strategic Leader to develop end-to-end social media strategies, channel frameworks, and MEA-focused campaigns. You will steer brand positioning, digital transformations, and data-driven narratives for executive audiences.

The role requires 10+ years in brand/communications strategy and 5+ years in senior leadership, with fluency in English and Arabic. You will mentor regional strategists and collaborate across creative, media, data, UX, and technology

• Dual track record in social-first campaign strategy and large-scale brand transformation.
