Job summary

Monks is seeking a Senior Art Director to lead visual development and scalable brand systems for the MEA region. You will drive campaigns across in-store activations, experiential touchpoints, print, OOH, and digital, leveraging AI to accelerate concepting and production.

You will partner with strategists and producers to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment, while mentoring teams and presenting concepts to senior clients. Dubai-based, remote collaboration possible within MEA.

Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• 8+ years of creative agency experience with BTL campaigns, activations, and social-first work.
• Strong, award-caliber portfolio with scalable visual systems across formats.
• Hands-on proficiency with generative AI tools in modern creative workflows.
• Deep cultural intelligence and understanding of Dubai and the wider MEA region.
• Excellent presentation, client leadership, and storytelling capabilities.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented leadership with high creative standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual direction for integrated campaigns spanning experiential events, retail activations, print, OOH, and digital.
• Collaborate with copywriters to concept cohesive campaigns that translate across physical and digital ecosystems.
• Develop extensible Key Visuals that form the brand’s visual identity across channels.
• Embed generative AI tools into pipelines to visualize concepts and accelerate production.
• Direct photoshoots, CGI pipelines, and retouching with clear briefs for teams.
• Oversee production quality, material selection, and on-site builds with vendors.
