Reporting To : Regional Head of Strategy, MENA

Role Overview

As Strategy Director, you will be a pivotal part of the agency, leading strategic thinking across key client accounts and shaping the agency’s approach to brand, communication, and digital strategy. You will work closely with the Regional Head of Strategy and collaborate with creative, account management, and social teams to deliver insightful, results-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic development across key clients, ensuring insights and brand positioning translate into powerful creative solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the creative and account management teams to develop integrated strategies that drive engagement and business growth.
  • Champion data-driven and culturally relevant insights to shape consumer behavior and brand impact.
  • Develop and present high-quality strategic recommendations and thought leadership to both internal teams and clients.
  • Guide and mentor junior strategists, fostering a strong culture of learning and strategic excellence.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, cultural shifts, and emerging technologies to enhance the agency’s strategic capabilities.
  • Support new business pitches by crafting compelling strategic narratives and frameworks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming a trusted strategic advisor.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic planning within an advertising, branding, or media agency environment.
  • Proven track record of developing successful brand and communications strategies for high-profile clients.
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex data and insights into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and digital ecosystems within the MENA region.
  • Experience working across diverse industries, including luxury, sports apparel, and real estate is a plus.
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
