Job Description

• Develop and implement growth strategies for portfolio businesses, focusing on market penetration and product innovation.
• Oversee the optimisation of the asset portfolio in alignment with corporate strategy.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends and growth areas.
• Create and refine corporate and business-level strategies addressing specific challenges.
• Establish KPIs and milestone plans to track performance and progress.

• Must have 2 - 5 years of experience from a recognised Strategy Consulting firm or a mix of industry and strategy experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or relevant field. Master's degree is preferred.
• Must have experience in growth strategy, corporate strategy development, strategic project management delivery.
• Must be a UAE National.
